Hmmm, The 'About Me' Part...
I am based in the fantastic county of West Cork and, after having various compact cameras over the years, I first picked up an SLR in 1990. Yes, I learnt the hard way, on film, and have been photographing ever since. Photography is my passion; what could be better than doing something you love, day in, day out and making a living from it?
I enjoy all types of photography, especially press photography, I get great satisfaction from seeing my images in print in the national and local press!
In my spare time I enjoy walking and being outdoors. I love the countryside and living in the middle of nowhere is a dream come true! There's something special about waking up in the morning, looking out of the window and seeing an amazing view of the countryside. I also like to travel (around Ireland) and enjoy playing musical instruments, reading, and watching films. Social media is also a hobby (as well as a business must), and as an oldie, I think I'm pretty well clued up on the whole internet thing!
